How I Work

This is coaching focused on decision quality and long-term alignment for endurance athletes.

It is designed for runners who are already putting in the work but sense that their effort feels reactive, exhausting, or slightly off course.

The focus is on the space between training blocks and races, where decisions get made, where priorities shift, and where patterns quietly repeat. That is where drift either compounds or gets corrected.

We slow things down just enough to see clearly.

We separate signal from noise. We examine assumptions. We stress-test decisions before they cost you a race, a season, or your motivation.

The goal is not more effort. The goal is aligned effort.

What a session might include:

Depending on where you are in your season, we might work through:

  • Race strategy and pacing decisions

  • Fueling and recovery patterns that are not working

  • Season planning and goal setting

  • Setbacks, injuries, or stalled motivation

  • Identity and mindset when the sport stops feeling right

  • Balancing training with work, family, and real life

Structure

Simple. One 60 minute session at a time. $100.

You bring your thoughts, questions, and current situation. We make real decisions together. No rigid frameworks. No daily check-ins. No unnecessary complexity.

Fit

This works best for self-directed athletes who are willing to slow down enough to think clearly and be intentional for the long run.

If you are already driven but want your effort to feel more intentional, this is probably a strong fit.
