How I Work
This is advisory work, not traditional coaching. It’s designed for people who are already doing meaningful work and want clearer thinking and steadier direction alongside it.
The focus is on the moments between action. The conversations where decisions get made, priorities shift, and perspective either sharpens or gets lost.
We slow things down just enough to see patterns clearly, separate signal from noise, and make better choices over the long arc.
Depending on the person and the season, our work might include:
talking through training, performance, or project decisions
debriefing races, presentations, or high-pressure moments
navigating setbacks, transitions, or stalled momentum
clarifying direction when things feel reactive or rushed
building a more intentional approach to decision making between efforts
The structure is intentionally light and flexible. We agree on a cadence that fits your life and the season you’re in. That might mean occasional conversations, periodic check-ins, or short bursts of more focused work when something specific is unfolding.
This work is not built around constant oversight, daily accountability, or frequent check-ins. I don’t monitor execution or chase progress.
If you’re looking for rigid plans, high-touch management, or ongoing motivation, this is probably not the right fit.
This work tends to work best for people who are self-directed, reflective, and open to slowing down enough to think clearly.
When the fit is right, the work feels steady, calm, and surprisingly effective.
