I’m a coach and advisor based in Maryland. I work with people who are navigating performance, pressure, and big decisions in demanding seasons of life.

Professionally, I’ve spent over 15 years working as an immigration advisor and cross-cultural communications trainer, and more than six years supervising and developing large teams. I currently manage a book of business for over 80 clients as an account manager within a global immigration and technology firm. My work has consistently lived at the intersection of strategy, communication, trust, and sustained performance under real-world constraints.

Alongside that work, I’ve spent years coaching runners from couch to 5K through ultramarathons. Endurance sport has been one of my primary laboratories for understanding how people pace ambition, manage stress, recover from setbacks, and make decisions when things get uncomfortable or uncertain.

Whether I’m working with runners or professionals, the work is fundamentally the same. I help people slow the moment down, see patterns clearly, and make better decisions over the long arc rather than reacting to noise, urgency, or overcorrection. I work especially well with people balancing ambition, family, and demanding professional lives who want a steadier, more intentional way to perform.

I’m a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner, and that lens shapes how I work with individuals and groups. I pay close attention to how people process information, handle stress, communicate under pressure, and relate to authority, expectations, and risk. This allows the work to be practical, grounded, and human rather than prescriptive or performative.

I’m drawn to work that values judgment, restraint, and long-term thinking. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, steady sounding board as you navigate training, work, or big decisions, this is the kind of work I do.
